getting in shape…week 1

Today was my 1 week weigh in at our local Weight Watchers meeting. My heart was beating hard b/c I was nervous I hadn’t met my goal of 2 lbs. Handsome Kel went first….he lost 2.5. Then it was my turn! I lost 3.8 lbs.!!!! Yippee! I couldn’t bear the thought of having to come on here and tell all of you that I didn’t loose. Talk about accountability. Now please….give me praise! And of course, let me know how you guys are doing.

So here are my goals:
#1: Lose 20 lbs by Feb 14th
#2: Exercise at least 4 days a week
#3: Don’t eat between 11pm and 6am(I’m a baaaad night eater!)

So far we have 14 people in our quest for making ourselves better. I’m going to post each person this week so we can all root for each other. If there are any others out there who want to join us, you better hurry up, the deadline is the 10th.
